Role Overview:
We're not looking for a Product Management textbook. We're looking for someone young, sharp, and terminally online — someone who lives on social media, gets how apps and marketing tech actually work in the real world, and isn't afraid to throw ten ideas on the table before lunch. Our product is smart and straightforward by design, so you don't need years of deep domain expertise — you need curiosity, hustle, and a healthy obsession with AI tools that help you work smarter, not harder.
As our Jr Product Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer insight — spotting patterns, asking "why," and turning scattered ideas into things we can actually build and ship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trend Spotting: Keep a pulse on social media, marketing tech, and app trends — and translate what you see into ideas for Telosa.
- Requirement Gathering: Talk to stakeholders and customers, and turn what you hear into simple, clear requirements and user stories.
- Data Digging: Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to spot what's working and what's not.
- Idea Generation: Bring fresh, unconventional ideas to the table — no idea is too weird to pitch.
- AI-Powered Everything: Use AI tools daily — for research, analysis, documentation, mockups, whatever gets the job done faster and smarter.
- Cross-functional Glue: Coordinate between Marketing, Product, and Engineering to keep things moving.
- Reporting: Put together crisp, visual reports and updates that leadership can actually act on.
What We're Looking For
- Communication: Fluent in English — written and verbal.
- Experience: 2 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Prior Experience - in Martech and Ad Tech
- AI-First Mindset: Uses AI tools as a default part of how you work — not as an afterthought.
- Energy & Ideas: Young, energetic, full of ideas, and not precious about which ones get picked.

Work Details
Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra — Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting (Required).
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday.
