Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor laser cutting/engraving machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand drawings, designs, measurements, and cutting requirements.
- Prepare and load materials such as MDF, acrylic, plywood, metal sheets, etc.
- Set machine parameters including power, speed, frequency, and cutting depth.
- Check designs/files before starting the cutting process.
- Ensure accurate cutting, engraving, and finishing as per specifications.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Conduct quality checks and identify cutting or engraving defects.
- Minimize material wastage and optimize material usage.
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned work on time.
- Maintain workplace safety and follow company SOPs.
Requirements
- Previous experience with laser cutting machines is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer operation and design files.
- Ability to understand measurements and technical drawings.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CO₂ laser / fiber laser machines.
- Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Experience working with MDF, acrylic, wood, or other fabrication materials.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
