Our multidisciplinary team includes physicians, Ayurvedic doctors, naturopaths, homeopaths, nutritionists, physiotherapists, psychologists, yoga therapists, and wellness coaches who work together to improve patients’ overall health and quality of life.
Position Summary
The Medicine Physician will provide evidence-based medical care, diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, conduct preventive health assessments, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated treatment plans. The physician will ensure patient safety while supporting holistic wellness initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care
· Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and physical examinations.
· Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
· Order, interpret, and explain laboratory and diagnostic investigations.
· Prescribe medications in accordance with current medical guidelines.
· Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans.
· Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
· Provide preventive healthcare, vaccinations, and health screenings.
Integrated Wellness Care
· Collaborate with Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Yoga, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, and Psychology teams.
· Refer patients appropriately to other wellness specialists.
· Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
· Promote lifestyle modification and preventive healthcare.
· Educate patients regarding nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and healthy habits.
Documentation & Compliance
· Maintain accurate and timely medical records .
· Ensure compliance with NABH standards (where applicable), Medical Council guidelines, and legal requirements.
· Maintain patient confidentiality and informed consent.
· Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
Patient Education
· Counsel patients regarding disease prevention and chronic disease management.
· Conduct health awareness sessions and wellness seminars.
· Encourage adherence to prescribed treatment plans and lifestyle recommendations.
Quality Improvement
· Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
· Support development of standard treatment protocols.
· Contribute to patient satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
· MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
· MD (General Medicine/Internal Medicine) preferred.
· Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.
· Minimum 2–5 years of clinical experience preferred.
· Experience in preventive or lifestyle medicine is an advantage.

Working Hours
As per the wellness center schedule, including weekend or evening clinics if required.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹86,966.50 per month
