Job Description (Short JD):
The role involves regular client visits (new, existing, and inactive) to generate business opportunities, along with managing quotations, payment follow-ups, and CRM updates.
The candidate will be responsible for understanding product specifications and engaging with customers to identify technical requirements. You will collaborate with internal technical teams to propose suitable solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and support pre-sales activities including proposals and RFPs.
Key responsibilities also include building strong client relationships, acting as a technical advisor, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. The role requires coordination with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain.
Additionally, the candidate will handle reporting, sales analysis, and maintain technical documentation.
