Job Summary:
We are looking for a warm, patient, and creative Preschool Teacher for our Playgroup class. The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where young children (1.5 to 2.5 years) can learn through play and develop basic social, emotional, and motor skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities like rhymes, storytelling, and play-based learning
- Ensure safety and hygiene of children at all times
- Help children develop basic habits (eating, toilet training, social interaction)
- Maintain a positive and caring classroom environment
- Monitor and track each child’s progress and development
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child’s growth and daily activities
- Organize classroom materials and maintain cleanliness
- Support children in developing communication and motor skills
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (NTT/ECCE preferred)
- Prior experience in preschool or daycare is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Patience, creativity, and love for working with young children
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality

Pay: ₹8,290.30 - ₹12,000.00 per month
