Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities for wedding, corporate, and social event catering.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their catering requirements.
- Prepare customized catering proposals and quotations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, wedding planners, and corporate partners.
- Coordinate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Conduct venue visits, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records in CRM.
- Identify market trends and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Skills Required:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in catering, hospitality, events, or banquet sales.
- Excellent client relationship management.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
