- Lead architectural projects from concept design to construction documentation and execution.
- Manage and supervise a team of architects, draftsmen, and 3D visualizers.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, codes, and project requirements.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain project timelines.
- Oversee 3D modeling, rendering, and design visualization activities.
- Conduct regular design reviews and quality checks before project submissions.
- Attend client meetings, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/SketchUp, Photoshop, and project management tools is preferred.
Experience: 5–10+ years in architectural design, team management, and project coordination.
Employment Period
The Employee is being appointed on a project-based employment basis for the execution of the Company's ongoing projects for the Urban Development & Housing (UD & HD), Government of Bihar.
The Company is currently executing five (5) projects comprising the Integrated State Bus Terminal, Redevelopment of Gola Bazar, and Commercial Complexes. The planning and design work for these projects shall be undertaken on a proposal basis.
The expected duration of these projects is approximately one (1) year. However, the employment is directly linked to the continuation of the assigned project(s).
If the project(s) are completed earlier than anticipated, cancelled, suspended, or terminated due to any administrative, contractual, financial, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company's control, the Employee's appointment may be terminated with effect from the date of such completion or termination, without any further obligation on the part of the Company.
If additional projects are awarded to the Company, the Company may, at its sole discretion, extend the Employee's appointment on the same or revised terms and conditions by issuing a written communication.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida)
