Experience Required • Collection Executive: 1+ Year of experience in collections, recovery, banking, or customer service. • Senior Collection Executive: 2–3 Years of experience in banking, collections, or recovery operations. Job Summary We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented professionals for the role of Collection Executive / Senior Collection Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer collections, follow-ups, recovery management, and resolving customer queries effectively. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage delinquent and defaulter customers professionally. Key Responsibilities • Follow up with customers/clients for pending payments and collections. • Ensure regular follow-up on payment promises and commitments made by customers. • Develop an assertive and professional approach to resolve customer queries and disputes. • Achieve collection and performance targets communicated by the Team Leader. • Handle customer interactions effectively while maintaining professional relationships. • Deal with delinquent, defaulter, and old overdue customer accounts. • Manage write-off cases and recovery follow-ups. • Conduct customer tracing and skip tracing activities when required. • Maintain accurate records of customer communication, payment follow-ups, and recovery status. • Coordinate with internal teams for payment resolution and escalations. Required Skills • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer-facing skills. • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment. • Good follow-up and interpersonal skills. • Strong customer handling and recovery management capabilities. Preferred Qualifications • Graduate in any discipline. • Experience in banking, NBFC, collection, or recovery process preferred. • Candidates with experience in handling old defaulter and write-off cases will be preferred.
Pay: ₹9,459.06 - ₹30,000.00 per month
