Job Summary:
We are seeking a Website Design & Development Executive to support the design, development, and maintenance of our digital platforms. The role involves creating SEO-friendly, responsive, and high-performing WordPress websites, primarily for Pharmazon Homecare, Pharmazon Global, and GoWello. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure all web assets align with brand standards, business objectives, and user experience best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop, maintain, and enhance WordPress and Shopify websites.
- Design website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces using Figma.
- Convert Figma designs into responsive and functional websites.
- Create and deploy landing pages to support marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Customise WordPress themes and implement plugins for SEO, security, and performance.
- Ensure all websites are mobile-responsive, user-friendly, and optimised for speed.
- Perform routine website updates, content changes, bug fixes, and technical troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams to implement website improvements and campaign requirements.
- Maintain SEO-friendly website structures and follow digital marketing best practices.
- Manage hosting, domains, SSL certificates, backups, and website migrations when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in website design and development.
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and Shopify.
- Proficiency in Figma for website UI/UX design and prototyping.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience using page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or similar tools.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and web usability standards.
- Ability to independently manage website projects from design to deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
