Position: Control & Instrumentation (C&I) Engineer – Instrument & Electrical
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related field
Experience: Minimum 10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of instrumentation and electrical systems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of field instruments, PLC, DCS, SCADA, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and rectify issues related to transmitters, sensors, control valves, analyzers, and electrical equipment.
- Ensure calibration and testing of all instruments as per standards and maintenance schedules.
- Supervise cable laying, termination, loop checking, and panel wiring activities.
- Monitor and maintain MCC panels, motors, transformers, UPS systems, and electrical distribution networks.
- Review and interpret P&IDs, control logic diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and project teams for smooth plant operation.
- Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and equipment history documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, electrical regulations, and company standards.
- Lead a team of technicians and contractors during maintenance and shutdown activities.
- Support project execution, system upgrades, and commissioning of new equipment.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
- Expertise in instrumentation calibration and electrical maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex control and electrical issues.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Power Plants, Steel Plants, Cement Plants, Oil & Gas, Process Industries, FGD Projects, and Industrial Automation Projects.
Pay: ₹14,158.76 - ₹35,000.00 per month
