About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to drive content creation, brand communication, and integrated marketing campaigns. In this role, you will develop compelling content, manage digital campaigns, and strengthen brand visibility across multiple channels including social media, email, website, and events.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Communication

Create high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, press releases, and marketing collateral.

Collaborate with design teams to develop engaging visual and written content.

Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Campaign Management

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights and analytics.
Brand Management

Maintain consistency in brand messaging and tone of voice across all communication channels.

Support the development and enhancement of brand guidelines.
Market Research & Analytics

Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

Track key marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with leadership, internal teams, and external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives.

Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
Event Marketing

Support webinars, trade shows, and corporate events.

Develop promotional materials and communication plans for events.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in content marketing, corporate communications, brand management, or digital marketing.

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook..

Familiarity with email marketing and content management systems (CMS).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good to Have

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

Experience in SEO and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Hands-on experience or interest in video content creation for YouTube and podcasts.

Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, HubSpot, or WordPress.
