Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate should have experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and improve ROI.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Generate quality leads and improve campaign performance
- Monitor campaign budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS
- Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Optimize ads, landing pages, and creatives for better conversion rates
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies and visuals
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Pixel setup, GTM, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience (Freshers with practical knowledge can also apply)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
