Join Unimaple Modutech, a leader in modular furniture since 2011. We specialize in high-end corporate and residential interiors. We are looking for a creative Architect to turn design visions into functional modular solutions for our PAN-India clientele.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Space Planning & Design: Develop detailed floor plans, furniture layouts, and 3D renderings for corporate and residential projects.
- Modular Integration: Design customized furniture solutions—including workstations, partitions, and storage—that integrate seamlessly into architectural structures.
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients and leading partner architects to understand project requirements and present design proposals.
- Technical Documentation: Produce accurate 2D/3D working drawings (AutoCAD/SketchUp) for the production team at our Navsari manufacturing unit.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from concept to installation, ensuring they meet quality standards and remain within budget/timelines.
- Site Coordination: Conduct site visits to verify measurements, assess progress, and ensure hassle-free installation.
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
- Education: B.Arch or Interior Design degree.
- Experience: 1–3 years in modular furniture or interior projects (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
- Software: Expert-level AutoCAD and SketchUp. Knowledge of V-Ray or Lumion is a major plus.
- Skills: Strong understanding of hardware, laminates, and modular assembly.
