JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PDI Incharge to oversee all Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) activities, ensuring every vehicle meets manufacturer standards before delivery to customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the PDI team, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with sales and service departments, and ensuring vehicles are delivered in excellent condition, contributing to a superior customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supervise and manage daily Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations.
· Ensure all vehicles undergo complete inspection as per manufacturer guidelines.
· Verify vehicle quality, functionality, cleanliness, and appearance before delivery.
· Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Accessories departments to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
· Maintain PDI checklists, inspection reports, and vehicle documentation.
· Identify and resolve defects or issues before vehicle delivery.
· Monitor vehicle inventory and prioritize inspections based on delivery schedules.
· Ensure installation and quality checks of accessories, if applicable.
· Train and guide PDI technicians on inspection procedures and quality standards
· Maintain compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and safety regulations.
· Prepare daily and monthly reports on PDI activities and vehicle readiness.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
