Job Summary
The Team Lead is responsible for managing day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations, leading the operations team, ensuring timely shipment processing, maintaining productivity and service quality, and ensuring compliance with Delhivery's SOPs and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound, sorting, scanning, loading, dispatch and outbound operations.
- Lead and supervise Associates, Loaders, Unloaders and other operational staff.
- Allocate manpower and work responsibilities based on shipment volume and operational requirements.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and ensure proper task allocation.
- Monitor operational KPIs including TAT, productivity, shipment accuracy and SLA adherence.
- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of shipments.
- Maintain strict adherence to SOPs, safety, quality and security standards.
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules and workforce utilization.
- Handle operational escalations and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.
- Identify ageing shipments, delays, missing shipments and recurring operational issues.
- Conduct team coaching, on-the-job training and performance feedback.
- Maintain daily operational reports, MIS and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with Managers and cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
- Drive productivity improvement and minimize operational errors and delays.
- Ensure workplace discipline, housekeeping and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills

Educational Qualification
- Graduation or Diploma in any discipline preferred.
- Candidates with relevant logistics/warehouse experience may also be considered.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, E-commerce, Courier, Supply Chain or Operations.
- Previous team-handling/supervisory experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
