Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR Generalist activities.
- Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Administer contract labour management, including vendor coordination and compliance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate disciplinary matters and grievance handling.
- Maintain HR documentation, records, and MIS reports.
- Prepare HR presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Work closely with plant leadership to support business and workforce requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in HR Generalist functions within a manufacturing environment.
- Sound knowledge of Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Legal Compliance, and Contract Labour Management.
- Experience in organizations with a workforce of 500+ employees.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a plant environment.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
