Job Overview
The Poise Hub is seeking a passionate, confident, and engaging Polishing Teacher to help children and young teenagers develop essential life skills, communication abilities, confidence, etiquette, personality, and social awareness. This role involves conducting interactive virtual sessions that support students in becoming confident, well-rounded, and socially responsible individuals. Candidates with backgrounds in psychology, counselling, child development, education, soft skills training, personality development, or behavioral guidance are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging sessions focused on personality development, communication skills, confidence building, and social etiquette
- Help students improve verbal communication, public speaking, self-expression, and interpersonal skills
- Teach age-appropriate manners, etiquette, leadership qualities, and positive social behavior
- Design and deliver interactive learning experiences through activities, discussions, role-plays, storytelling, and practical exercises
- Encourage self-confidence, self-awareness, resilience, and emotional intelligence
- Support students in developing a positive mindset and growth-oriented attitude
- Adapt teaching methods based on learners' age, personality, and developmental needs
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback when required
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging virtual learning environment
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of personality development and soft skills training
- Ability to engage and motivate children and young teenagers
- Creative, energetic, and interactive teaching style
- Patience, empathy, and a child-centric approach to learning
- Strong virtual classroom management skills
- Ability to build confidence and encourage participation among learners
- Basic familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools
- Qualifications or experience in Psychology, Counselling, Child Development, Education, Soft Skills Training, Behavioral Guidance, or related fields will be an added advantage
