Role Description The Administrative Officer role at IIHM in Siliguri is a full-time, on-site position responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the campus. The role involves managing general administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and supporting faculty and management with documentation and logistics. The Administrative Officer will handle front office duties, respond to inquiries, provide customer service to students and visitors, and assist with admission and examination processes. The role includes coordinating meetings and events, preparing reports, and liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and consistent adherence to institutional policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT tools for documentation, reporting, and data management.
- Prior experience in an educational institution or hospitality environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and maintain a professional demeanor.
Salary : Rs 30000 PM
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
