We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our UAE-based IT solutions business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer coordination, sales follow-ups, administrative support, documentation, and communication with clients, vendors, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on quotations, renewals, proposals, and pending inquiries.
- Coordinate with UAE clients, vendors, distributors, and business partners.
- Handle customer communications through Email, WhatsApp Business, and phone calls.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain business documentation.
- Track sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and CRM updates.
- Support daily administrative and operational activities.
- Coordinate internally with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare operational reports and assist management with business coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Operations, Administration, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
- Comfortable making calls to both existing and new customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with UAE or international clients will be an added advantage.
