About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates who are passionate about backend web development and eager to kick-start their careers. As a Developer Intern, you will work alongside our experienced engineering team — writing real code, shipping real features, and learning industry-standard practices in a collaborative and supportive environment. No prior corporate experience required; curiosity and the drive to learn are all you need.

What You'll Work On
- Develop and maintain PHP / Node.js based web applications
- Build and consume RESTful APIs for web and mobile integrations
- Design and manage MySQL database schemas and write optimized queries
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate UI components with backend logic
- Write clean, readable, and well-documented code following team standards
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-up meetings
- Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities
- Contribute to technical documentation for features and APIs
Who We're Looking For
Must Have:
- Fresh graduate with a degree in B.E / B.Tech / MCA
- Fundamental understanding of PHP / Node.js or any object-oriented programming language
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL (SELECT, INSERT, JOIN, etc.)
- Understanding of how web applications work (HTTP, request-response cycle)
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a team, take feedback constructively, and communicate clearly
Nice to Have:
- Any academic or personal projects in PHP / Node.js
- GitHub profile with code samples
- Exposure to MVC architecture concepts
- Basic familiarity with Postman for API testing
- Knowledge of Linux command line basics
