Position: VP – Growth & Business Expansion
The Vice President – Growth & Business Expansion will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives across India and international markets.
This is a leadership role with direct influence on the company's growth trajectory and long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Chamria's overall growth strategy.
- Drive revenue growth across General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, and Export channels.
- Expand and strengthen distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with retailers, marketplaces, institutions, and corporate clients.
- Lead business expansion into new markets, geographies, and product categories.
- Build scalable customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize brand visibility and sales performance.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop pricing, promotion, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales and growth teams.
- Work closely with senior leadership on long-term business planning and expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8–15+ years of experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Wellness, Retail, or D2C sectors.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong understanding of distribution networks, modern trade, retail, and digital commerce.
- Experience in strategic partnerships and business development.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capabilities.
- MBA from a reputed institution preferred.
