- Conduct theory and practical sessions on beauty and wellness topics.
- Train students in skincare, hair care, makeup, manicure, pedicure, facial treatments, waxing, threading, and salon hygiene.
- Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, and training materials.
- Assess students through practical demonstrations, assignments, and mock assessments.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and student progress reports.
- Ensure the training lab is clean, safe, and equipped with required tools and products.
- Provide career guidance and grooming sessions to students.
- Prepare students for interviews and placements.
- Coordinate with the placement team for student employment opportunities.
- Follow NSDC/SSC (if applicable) and organizational training guidelines.
- Maintain discipline and motivate students throughout the training program.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
