Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support by managing incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and other business correspondence.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and company databases with accuracy.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Collect, organize, and update data in company systems while generating daily and periodic reports.
- Respond to internal and external client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with the sales and other internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, filing systems, and records while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in administration, backend operations, or a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or any related discipline.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office applications.
- Interpersonal Skills: Professional attitude, strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
