Job Description:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Statutory ,Factory acts experience.
- Minimum Graduation with a relevant HR qualification.
- Experience managing all aspects of a human resources function (employee/labour relations, compensation, staffing, benefits, safety, training & development, communications, discipline, etc.)
- Experience in team management with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of an organization.
- Lead role in safety compliance and incident investigation.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies & systems.
- Flexibility, adaptability and competence to think strategically, creatively, and innovatively in different environment.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
