Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely statutory filings.
- Monitor cash flow and support treasury and banking operations.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with organizational financial policies.
- Analyze financial data and recommend cost optimization measures.
- Support ERP implementation, financial process improvements, and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate with various departments for budget monitoring and financial reporting.
- Supervise and guide finance and accounts executives to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform any other finance-related responsibilities assigned by the Finance Manager or Finance Controller.
Eligibility
- CA / CMA (Inter/Final Preferred), MBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts in a large-scale manufacturing, engineering, automotive, FMCG, infrastructure, or corporate organization.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, auditing, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
