Position: Soft Skills Trainer
Location: Nawada, Bihar
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on communication, personality development, employability skills, and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct classroom sessions and assessments.
- Maintain attendance, reports, and trainee progress.
- Prepare trainees for interviews and placements.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate with excellent communication skills.
- 1–3 years of training experience preferred.
- Experience in skill development projects is an advantage.
Salary: As per company norms.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
