We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to handle daily operational and coordination activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing quotations, stock monitoring, logistics coordination, payment follow-ups, documentation, and vendor communication to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sending quotations to parties and vendors.
- Reviewing and monitoring stock status on a regular basis.
- Coordinating with the logistics team for material follow-up and dispatch updates.
- Sharing bilty details and dispatch documents with concerned parties.
- Coordinating with internal teams and vendors for smooth operational workflow.
- Following up on pending payments and verifying payment status.
- Preparing, sharing, and maintaining outstanding reports.
- Maintaining accurate operational records and documentation.
- Supporting day-to-day back office and administrative activities.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and email handling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records efficiently.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Back Office Operations, Administration, or Coordination roles preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
