Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR for a UAV Supply Chain Coordinator. The role involves coordinating end-to-end supply chain activities for UAV and related defense systems, including demand planning, procurement follow-up, and logistics coordination with internal teams, vendors, and service providers. The coordinator will monitor inventory levels, track material movements, update inventory systems, and ensure timely availability of components and spare parts to support production, maintenance, and customer commitments.
Day-to-day tasks include preparing and maintaining supply chain documentation, tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and supporting customs and compliance procedures in line with defense and export/import regulations. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives, reporting on key supply chain metrics, and collaborating with operations, quality, and customer-facing teams to meet project timelines and service-level expectations.
Qualifications
- Prior 5-10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, in defense, aerospace, electronics, or high-technology manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems, basic knowledge of import/export and compliance processes, and proficiency in MS Excel and standard office tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple priorities, and operate within a structured, process-driven and security-conscious environment
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers, logistics partners, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret demand data, track KPIs, identify supply risks, and support data-driven decisions.
- Experience in Operations Management, including coordination of production or project schedules and cross-functional workflows.
- Hands-on Inventory Management skills for tracking stock levels, managing reorder points, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service orientation to support internal and external customers, address supply issues, and maintain service quality.
