Job Title: AI/ML Developer
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate AI/ML developer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, data processing, and Python programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Build and deploy AI/ML solutions for real-world applications.
- Develop APIs and integrate ML models into production environments.
- Fine-tune and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed models.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with SQL and databases.
- Experience with REST APIs and Git.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, LangChain, RAG, or vector databases.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant projects or candidates with 0–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Nice to Have
- GitHub portfolio showcasing AI/ML projects.
- Participation in Kaggle competitions or open-source contributions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹473,091.09 - ₹1,776,494.51 per year
