About the Role
We're seeking a highly professional Client Relations Executive & Administrative Specialist to join our team. This is a fast-paced, communication-focused role requiring confident phone interaction with our Australian clients and strong administrative support skills.

Key Requirements
- Fluent, professional spoken English with a clear, neutral phone manner that's easily understood by Australian clients — assessed as part of the mandatory video submission
- Ability to communicate confidently with international clients
- Comfortable handling continuous phone-based communication
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- At least 5 years' experience in customer service, client relations or administrative support

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on experience.
