KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Manage day-to-day hydroponic farm operations.
2. Monitor nutrient solution preparation, pH, EC, and water quality parameters.
3. Ensure proper plant growth, irrigation scheduling, and crop health management.
4. Conduct seeding, transplanting, harvesting, and post-harvest activities.
5. Monitor pests and diseases and implement preventive measures.
6. Maintain hydroponic systems, pumps, filters, and irrigation equipment
7. Track crop yield, productivity, and resource utilization.
8. Maintain farm records and prepare periodic reports.
9. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
10. Coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and farm workers.
Pay: ₹113,000.00 - ₹123,000.00 per month
