Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our field workforce and office staff. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hiring, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and field recruitment.
- Recruit Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, AC Technicians, Housekeeping Associates, Helpers, Team Leaders, and Office Staff.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage walk-in interviews and recruitment drives.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
- Support HR operations and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and recruitment skills may also apply.
- Experience in blue-collar hiring is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. Basic English communication is preferred.
- Ability to achieve recruitment targets and work independently.

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
