Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer who can conceptualize and execute high-quality visual content across both studio and on-location shoots. This role requires a strong eye for storytelling, hands-on production expertise, and the ability to deliver content aligned with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conceptualize, produce, and deliver high-quality, creative, and visually engaging photo and video content, including portrait shoots and location-based shoots
* Manage end-to-end production workflows—from ideation and planning to shooting, editing, and final delivery
* Execute portrait photography, lifestyle shoots and on-location video shoots across different environments
* Set up, manage, and operate production equipment including cameras, lenses, lighting setups, and audio gear
* Capture professional-quality audio and ensure overall production quality
* Ensure strong framing, composition, lighting, and storytelling in all visual outputs
* Edit and enhance photographs and videos for various platforms using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
* Optimize content for different digital platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels
* Organize, manage, and archive raw footage and photo assets efficiently
* Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, social media) to understand requirements and deliver projects within timelines
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Videographer / Photographer / Cinematographer
* Strong expertise in portrait photography and location-based shoots
* Solid understanding of camera equipment, lenses, lighting techniques, and audio setups
* Proficiency in both videography and photography
* Working knowledge of video and photo editing software
* Understanding of digital content formats and trends
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
Good to Have:
* Experience working with brands across lifestyle, fashion, food, or corporate sectors
* Knowledge of motion graphics or advanced video editing
Ability to contribute creative ideas during content planning and shoots
