Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the front-of-house team, including billers, runners, and scoopers.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from guest arrival until order delivery.
- Manage customer queues and ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Handle customer enquiries, phone orders, and follow-ups.
- Drive upselling initiatives to increase Average Order Value (AOV).
- Prepare staff schedules, manage shifts, and allocate resources effectively.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for front-of-house operations.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate service flow and resolve operational bottlenecks in real time.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement continuous service improvements.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or QSR, with team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in roster planning, staff training, and floor management.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to drive upselling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
