Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Billing & Data Scientist to manage enterprise billing systems, financial data analysis, reporting, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Power BI, Python, Hive SQL, Linux/Unix, and enterprise billing systems. This role requires someone who can transform complex billing and financial data into actionable business insights while improving reporting accuracy, automation, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise billing systems to ensure billing accuracy, data integrity, and timely processing.
- Analyze large volumes of billing and financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and revenue-impacting issues.
- Develop and optimize complex Oracle SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and packages.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Develop automation solutions using Python to improve reporting, reconciliation, and operational efficiency.
- Work with Hive SQL to process and analyze large datasets in distributed environments.
- Support billing reconciliation, revenue assurance, and financial reporting activities.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance across multiple data sources.
- Monitor billing workflows and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Finance, Business Operations, IT, and Data Engineering teams to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Optimize database performance and improve SQL query efficiency.
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of experience in Billing Systems, Data Analysis, or Financial Data Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with:

- Experience working with enterprise billing platforms.
- Strong understanding of finance and billing operations.
- Experience with billing reconciliation, revenue reporting, and data validation.
- Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Experience handling large datasets and enterprise reporting.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in enterprise billing or financial systems.
- Knowledge of data automation and business intelligence best practices.
Pay: ₹170,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per month
