About Kaalcari
Kaalcari is a Bengaluru-based foot solutions brand offering pain management and customised shoes, built around in-house physiotherapy expertise. We are growing our team ahead of our first public launch and are looking for a motivated sales person to help bring Kaalcari to more people.
The Role
As a Sales Executive at Kaalcari, you will be on the ground driving revenue and building relationships with customers, clinics, and channel partners. You will work closely with the founder and collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads and grow the brand's reach across Bengaluru and beyond.
Responsibilities
– Lead sales outreach and execution across B2C and B2B channels
– Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
– Build and manage relationships with customers, physiotherapy clinics, and retail partners
– Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional activities
– Oversee day-to-day sales operations and maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
Who You Are
– 0–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, or business development — freshers welcome
– Strong communication skills in English and Kannada or Hindi
– Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
– Comfortable with field work, in-store sales, and direct customer interaction
– Interest in health, wellness, or medical products is a plus
