About the Role
We are looking for a creative, customer-focused, and fashion-forward Fashion Stylist to help clients discover styles that enhance their personality and lifestyle. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customers' fashion preferences, lifestyle, and styling needs.
- Provide personalized styling recommendations for clothing, footwear, accessories, and complete looks.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and luxury fashion brands.
- Assist customers in selecting outfits for various occasions.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are appealing.
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in fashion styling, luxury retail, premium apparel, or fashion consulting.
- Excellent knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and styling techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for fashion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising is an advantage.
