The Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory, Project Finance, plays a pivotal role in advising clients on complex financial transactions related to large-scale infrastructure, energy, and industrial projects. This position demands a deep understanding of project finance structures, financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine complex financial models for project finance transactions, including cash flow projections, valuation, and scenario analysis, ensuring accuracy and robustness.
- Conduct comprehensive financial, commercial, and operational due diligence for potential project investments, acquisitions, or divestitures.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, identifying key risks, and recommending strategic solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
