Job Description- Senior Architect
Key Responsibilities-
- Manage end-to-end architectural design and planning in coordination with Principal architect and all other consultants including Structure, MEP, Landscape etc.
- Review design concepts, working drawings, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery maintaining the design parameters.
- Provide necessary support to the relevant team for statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and liasoning with relevant authorities.
- Ability to provide necessary support to the Sales-Marketing and legal team on architectural perspective.
- Monitor and resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and design intent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 1012 years of relevant experience in real estate project design and execution.
- Experience working with reputed real estate developer organizations on residential and/or commercial projects of similar scale and complexity will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, approvals, and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹757,129.65 - ₹987,000.00 per year
