Job Description
Techno Specialist Consulting Engineers is looking for an experienced Structural Revit Modeler to join our growing BIM production team in Kochi. We are looking for a professional specifically proficient in modeling structural steel frameworks, complex steel connections, and advanced framing layouts within Revit.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain highly detailed structural steel Revit models from conceptual stages through to fabrication and construction documentation.
- Extract 2D structural steel layouts, framing plans, and highly accurate material take-offs directly from the Revit model.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues within the BIM environment using Navisworks, focusing heavily on steel-to-concrete interfaces.
- Build and modify parametric Revit families specifically for structural steel elements and connections.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in Revit Structure, with a strong portfolio in structural steel projects.
- Education: Diploma, B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or equivalent advanced BIM certification.
- Highly proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and basic AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of structural steel member shapes, connection types, and fabrication sequences.
