We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support the daily operations.
You will be the backbone of our office, ensuring that client documentation is handled accurately, communications are seamless, and the workspace remains professional and efficient.
Work Hours: 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Document & Parcel Handling
Office Maintenance & Housekeeping
General Support - Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as directed by the Manager.
Assisting in basic bank work (depositing cheques or collecting bank statements).
Running outdoor errands like purchasing office stationery or snacks for team meetings.
Requirements & Skills:
Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass
Language: Basic understanding of Hindi (English is a plus).
