Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive/Manager with 4–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the Education or EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the K-12 education ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of EdTech solutions and educational books.
- Identify, approach, and onboard schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and education partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, principals, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, seminars, and workshops to promote educational programs.
- Generate new business opportunities, convert leads, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional initiatives and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in EdTech or education sales.
- Strong understanding of the K-12 education sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the regional language.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
