Job Title: Fleet Manager
Location: Raipur
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day fleet operations across assigned locations,
* Ensure maximum vehicle utilization and minimum downtime.
* Plan and monitor vehicle deployment as per operational requirements.
* Supervise and coordinate drivers & fleet supervisors
* Monitor vehicle maintenance, preventive servicing, and repair schedules.
* Track fuel consumption, mileage (KMPL), tyre life, and maintenance costs.
* Ensure compliance with RTO regulations, permits, insurance, fitness certificates, PUC, and other statutory requirements.
* Investigate vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and implement corrective actions.
* Develop strategies to reduce transportation costs and improve operational efficiency.
* Maintain fleet MIS reports, dashboards, and operational KPIs.
* Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, and Maintenance teams for smooth fleet management.
* Ensure driver discipline, safety practices, and adherence to company policies.
* Monitor GPS tracking, route optimization, and trip performance.
* Build and manage relationships with fuel vendors, workshops, and service providers.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree preferably MBA in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 8 + years of experience in fleet or transportation management, preferably in the logistics industry.
* Strong knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and transport regulations.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Fleet Management Software, and MIS reporting.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
