Position- Site Supervisor -Plotted Development

Location- Bangalore
- Site Execution & Layout: Oversee land grading, earthmoving, and topographical surveys to ensure exact plot demarcation.
- Infrastructure Monitoring: Supervise the construction of internal roads, drainage systems, boundary walls, and utility trenches.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct routine inspections to ensure all infrastructure meets government regulations and the developer’s quality standards.
- Vendor & Labor Management: Coordinate with civil contractors, heavy machinery operators, and surveyors to maintain a steady workflow.
- Material Management: Track inventory for construction supplies (gravel, cement, pipes, steel) and oversee deliveries
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
