We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations .The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a flair for delivering exceptional guest experiences through culinary excellence .
Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete responsibility for the overall kitchen operations – and staff cafeteria.
- Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic team of chefs and kitchen staff to consistently deliver high-quality cuisine.
- Plan and execute innovative menus that align with our brand standards and guest expectations.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
- Drive guest satisfaction by consistently enhancing the culinary experience, contributing to improved guest reviews and feedback.
- Ensure cost control, waste reduction, and efficient kitchen budgeting.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless food and beverage operations.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure quality procurement practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role.
- Strong hands-on culinary skills across multiple cuisines.
- Excellent team management and training capabilities.
- Creative, proactive, and quality-driven approach.
- Strong understanding of food cost, portion control, and inventory systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in a fast-paced environment.
