- Inspections: Conducting mandated checks on tires, brakes, lights, and fluid levels before and after trips.
- Defect Reporting: Identifying and reporting serious mechanical or electrical issues to mechanics or dispatchers.
- Basic Repairs: Performing minor emergency repairs and routine vehicle cleaning.
- Dispatch Coordination: Keeping constant communication with dispatchers regarding location status, traffic delays, or potential issues.
- Customer Interaction: Interacting professionally with clients and warehouse staff upon pick-up and delivery.
