Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Project Managers with strong knowledge of civil construction and interior fit-out works. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering projects while ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and cost control. The role requires extensive on-site project management experience and the ability to lead teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor civil and interior projects from inception to completion.
- Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance with specifications.
- Monitor material procurement, resource allocation, and site logistics.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at the project site.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for execution.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project status updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and project documentation.
- Ensure timely project handover with all necessary documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Proven experience in handling commercial, corporate, residential, or retail interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on project sites as required.
