About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to promote our study abroad services, build relationships with students and institutions, and help expand our business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their global education goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate student leads through field visits, networking, seminars, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Promote Overseas IT Hub's study abroad services.
- Conduct educational seminars and career guidance sessions.
- Coordinate with the counseling team for student follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnership prospects.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions and business activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or the Study Abroad industry (preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel for college visits and promotional activities.
- Basic knowledge of overseas education is an added advantage.
