Sales Representative & Office Administrator – Real Estate
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Representative & Office Administrator to join our team at Shree Samrudhi in Udvada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.
- Follow up with leads generated through advertisements and social media.
- Explain project details, pricing, and available units to prospective customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up status.
- Assist customers throughout the booking process.
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Maintain files, documents, and office records.
- Coordinate with management, customers, and site staff.
- Prepare basic reports and perform data entry using Microsoft Office.
- Keep the office organized and provide administrative support as required.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, email, and WhatsApp.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer-handling skills.
- Sales, telecalling, or office administration experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
