We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and nurturing Kindergarten Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping young learners develop academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively in a safe and engaging learning environment. The teacher will play a vital role in fostering curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning among children aged 3–6 years.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning
- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons and learning activities.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes exploration and creativity.
- Support children's language, literacy, numeracy, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Use interactive teaching methods, including storytelling, songs, games, art, and hands-on activities.
- Encourage positive behavior and good classroom habits.
Child Development & Care
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and developmental milestones.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional security of all children.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student development.
Classroom Management
- Organize and maintain educational materials, learning resources, and classroom displays.
- Establish and implement classroom rules and routines.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and order within the classroom.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Patience, creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Previous experience in kindergarten, preschool, or early childhood education is preferred.
